Red Hen Boutique Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Red Hen Boutique! We want to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below:

Pre-Order Items: Please note that pre-order items are Not available for immediate shipment. When you place a pre-order, your item is specifically ordered from our supplier and shipped first to Red Hen Boutique before being sent to you. Pre-Order times may take longer than standard orders. Estimated time frames will vary depending on the item and vendor. Once we receive your pre-order item, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to you right away and you will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. 

Processing Time: All (non-pre-order) orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3-7 Business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Locations: We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages: Red Hen Boutique is NOT responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout or carrier issues. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first with your tracking number. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us at redhenboutiquetexas@gmail.com

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at redhenboutiquetexas@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
